Panzanella

What can we prepare with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and bread? Without having to look noble ingredients, here's the recipe for a delicious Panzanella Zago Fabio!

Ingredients for 4:
250 grams of bread
4 salad tomatoes
200 g shelled peas

2 cucumbers 1 yellow pepper 2 shallots

1 bunch of parsley, basil

extra virgin olive
chili vinegar

salt

Preparation:
Ammolite bread in a bowl with water and vinegar for half an hour.
Boil peas in salted water and drain.
Wash tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
Remove zest to cucumbers, remove seeds and slice.
Taliate the pepper into pieces.
Clean and slice the onions.
Wash and cut the basil and julienne.
Clean and chop a bit 'of parsley.
Mix all ingredients and season with olive oil, salt and pepper sbirciolato.
